For Wheelchair users and mobility-impaired users
- VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, ATMs, and counters are all accessible to guests with disabilities.

Accessible Tickets/Seats
- Wheelchair-accessible seats are available at all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair-accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. You may purchase handicapped-accessible seating in person at the Ascension St. Vincent's Box Office at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena during normal business hours.
- Accessible Drop-Off
- The preferred drop-off location for the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena is at the corner of A Philip Randolph Blvd and Duval St.
VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena provides sign language interpreters for entertainment events free of charge to the hearing impaired. They must be requested at least two weeks in advance prior to the event to ensure availability.
VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena offer four elevators to guest. Two elevators are located in the Main Entrance, one in the southeast corner, and one at Duval Street Entrance.
We welcome service animals as defined under federal ADA guidelines as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. No other animals will be permitted.
